Kate Middleton played host to 150 children from The Art Room at a performance of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe in Kensington Gardens yesterday. She wore a blue dress from Zara under a black jacket by Whistles for the occasion. Kate met with kids from various schools and actors from the play after the show. The Art Room is one of the many charities Kate is involved in as Duchess of Cambridge.

She's getting back to philanthropy after a busy string of events to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Kate most recently joined Prince William and the Queen herself for an appearance in the East Midlands, where she played games with William and waved to the crowds from the balcony of the city's Town Hall building. Kate was able to get away from the busy Jubilee schedule for a walk with her brother, James, and dog, Lupo, last week.
