The first round of instant restaurants on My Kitchen Rules has wrapped up, with Canberra’s newly-dating couple Andrew and Emelia getting eliminated after scoring the lowest in their group. Tonight, it’s the second group’s turn to show Australia their culinary skills, and judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel will make another trip around the country to see who makes the best home cooks. In this group we’ve got ‘Hapless Harry,’ a couple with a big age gap, and the youngest team in the show’s history. It all kicks off in NSW with newlyweds Uel and Shannelle.
As the show is in its fifth year, there’s been a bit of a shake-up, with the addition of the MKR Food Truck, and another competition first that will see some teams forming a jury to judge the food of other teams. Recipe for drama? Well that’s exactly what we love about the show. Click through to meet the second group of contestants.
