Emma Stone Throws On a Striped Bikini For Vanity Fair

Emma Stone posed in a red and white bikini for the August edition of Vanity Fair. The issue contains one of many interviews that Emma is sure to give this Summer, since she has three movies arriving in cinemas between The Help, Friends With Benefits, and Crazy, Stupid, Love. Calling her a rising star seems to be an understatement, and Emma's getting used to her increasing levels of fame. She opened up inside the magazine about the public's interest in her personal life, especially with the news that she's dating Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield. Emma also spoke about dealing with Hollywood's fad diets, and life in LA as a teenager. She said:

  • On learning to deal with questions about her personal life: "Talking about this stuff is pretty new . . . the only solution I’ve come to when it comes to things like that — the health of my family or dating, really personal things — is not to talk about it."
  • On the pressure to stay thin in Hollywood: "I’m definitely more conscious of it as I’ve gotten older . . . That [Tracy Anderson] diet, have you seen it? It’s like: Eat this diet, which is a palm-size piece of chicken and some beans, and work out two hours a day for the rest of your life."
  • On moving to Hollywood during high school and working in a dog bakery: "I think three people called my specific cookies inedible to their dogs. I’m not a super-talented dog baker . . . I did Superbad in what would’ve been my senior year. I was playing a senior, and had I graduated I would’ve missed that opportunity, and had I missed that opportunity I wouldn’t be here right now."
