With The X Factor currently enjoying strong ratings success on Channel Seven, rival network Channel Nine has reportedly picked a mix of high profile Australian and international music acts to make up its judging and mentoring panel when the local version of The Voice goes into production. The Daily Telegraph reports that Delta Goodrem and Keith Urban are set to join the popular singing contest as judges alongside Seal and Joel Madden from Good Charlotte. It’s a move that will see Delta and Keith back on home soil for an extended period of time, as both artists have been working on their music in the US. There were previously reports that Channel Nine wanted Dannii Minogue on the panel; Dannii has judged Australia’s Got Talent for the past few years but worked on the UK format of The X Factor. The judges of the US version of The Voice were Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and country singer Blake Shelton.
