Ex-spouses Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom reunited for a sweet picture at Edward Enninful’s book launch in Los Angeles on 13 Sept. The former couple, who were together for six years and share an 11-year-old son named Flynn, parted ways and divorced in 2013. While both have gone on to find new love, the pair remain impressively amicable. At the party, which celebrated the release of the British Vogue editor-in-chief’s new book “A Visible Man”, the 39-year-old Australian model and the 45-year-old actor smiled while standing on either side of Enninful. Kerr, who is an ex-Victoria’s Secret model, looked stunning in a little black sequinned dress, while Bloom went for a more casual feel in a navy T-shirt and black trousers.
The exes looked extremely comfortable in each other’s presence, which may surprise some people considering that Bloom is engaged to American singer Katy Perry (with whom he shares a 2-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom). Equally, Kerr married Snap cofounder and CEO Evan Spiegel in 2017, and the couple now have two children together – Hart Spiegel, 4, and Myles Spiegel, 2. While remarriage and coparenting can be tricky, Bloom and Kerr have nothing but love for each other and their new partners. In fact, the four of them regularly “hang out”. According to Kerr’s 2021 interview with Marie Claire, the families spend Christmas together and go on holidays. The couples were also seated as a foursome at the 2022 Met Gala dinner.
In an interview in the 2022 edition of LVR Magazine, of which Kerr was the cover star, the Kora Organics founder said: “I adore Katy and am grateful Orlando found someone he is happy with. Now Flynn has four happy parents who get along. When we separated, the most important thing we decided we could do is that when we make a decision, we ask, ‘is this in the best interest of our child?’ We will be family no matter what.” Kerr and Perry are particularly close, with the “Roar” singer attending Kora events and supporting the business on social media.
