Miley Cyrus’s Mum, Tish, Is Engaged to “Prison Break” Star Dominic Purcell: “A Thousand Times…. YES”

Congratulations are in order for Miley Cyrus‘s mom, Tish Cyrus. The 55-year-old manager and producer is engaged to “Prison Break” and “Legends of Tomorrow” star Dominic Purcell.

Tish announced the news via Instagram on April 30 with a zoomed-in photo of the newly engaged couple embracing that shows off her beautiful diamond engagement ring. “A thousand times…. YES ❤️,” she captioned the photo.

Days before Tish posted about her engaged status, Purcell shared an Instagram photo of him hugging her on April 26 sweetly captioned, “Punching way above my weight -yep absolutely , I’m a lucky bastard. She’s the best human ever. Love ya love @tishcyrus ❤️🌊🏄‍♂️.”

It’s unclear when exactly Tish and Purcell began dating, but he first appeared on Tish’s Instagram Story in November 2022, according to E! He would appear on her Instagram feed for the first time on Dec. 31, 2022, with Tish captioning a photo of the pair embracing while seated and smiling, “Headed into the New Year HAPPY @dominicpurcell 🥰 wishing everyone a safe and magical New Years Eve!”

Tish was previously married to Billy Ray Cyrus from 1993 to 2022, albeit on and off. The pair filed for divorce twice – once in 2010 and again in 2013, according to People – but called off the separation both times before ultimately divorcing officially in 2022 after nearly 30 years of marriage. The pair share five children. Billy Ray announced his engagement to 28-year-old Australian musician Firerose in August 2022.
