Our Comprehensive Investigation Into Kate Middleton’s Perfect Blowdry

Kate Middleton, now the Duchess of Cambridge, has been known for her luscious locks since she arrived on the royal scene in 2001.  Indeed, her glossy chestnut waves have outshone all kinds of royal drama, and arguably her bulletproof blowdry deserves it’s own The Crown length series.  Given Netflix hasn’t answered our wishes, we’ve set out to answer the question once and for all – how does Kate achieve her #flawless signature, bouncy style, and what products does she use? Here’s everything we know about Kate Middleton’s hair and some tips on achieving her look all by yourself. 

Step One: Invest In a Good Haircut

Your haircut provides the foundation for your hair look, so it’s worth finding a great stylist, and investing in a good cut. Kate’s hair is cut into long layers that add movement and dimension. Bring some photos and ask your stylist for a similar cut. It will make it far easier to achieve that iconic “Kate Middleton” look.

Step Two: Take Care of Your Hair

Kate’s hair always looks healthy and shiny, so make sure to use high-quality products and get regular trims to maintain the health of your hair. Start with clean, well-conditioned hair. 4. A Thorough Blowdry Is Key

Now, for the most important step. Blow-dry your hair using a round brush to create volume and a smooth finish. Remember that everyone’s hair is different, so what works for Kate may not work for you. Experiment with different products and techniques to find the best ways to achieve a similar hairstyle that works for you.
