Colin Farrell spent yesterday out in LA with his 2-year-old son, Henry. The pair stopped at Baskin-Robbins, where Henry ate a chocolate ice cream cone, and swung by a newsstand to check out some children's books together. Colin, who showed off his fit form in a tank top during the day out, is back in the States after touring Europe in support of his action movie Total Recall. He and his costars Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel stopped in both Berlin and London after premiering the sci-fi film in LA last month. Colin's next big release will be October's Seven Psychopaths, in which he plays a struggling writer whose friends get him tangled up in a world of organized crime. He also recently signed on for the drama Winter's Tale, which will start filming this Fall in NYC and star Downton Abbey's Jessica Brown Findlay as his love interest.

Kate Beckinsale, Colin Farrell, and Jessica Biel teamed up for the London premiere of Total Recall this evening. The ladies changed into their white-carpet finest after a busy day of hopping around the city doing press. Kate and Jess were a study in contrasts — Kate went for a long, black Donna Karan and Jess picked short, white Giambattista Valli. Kate's husband, Len Wiseman, was also on hand for the event. Jessica and Kate have become quite a premiere duo. They have their posing act down, having also taken the film to screenings in Dublin, Berlin, and LA. The picture debuted in the US earlier this month, but failed to make a big splash at the box office. The stars are hoping for more success overseas, and British audiences will have a chance to check out Len's directorial effort when it arrives in theaters Aug. 29.

Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale, and Colin Farrell are busy in London with their Total Recall promotional duties. The costars arrived separately for a private event last night, when Jessica tweeted a picture with the caption, "Hilarious panel with my cast and director." They were back to work this morning. Jessica made a fashionable visit to Kiss FM radio, while Kate and Colin swung by BBC Radio. The Total Recall stars have spent a lot of time together recently. They were in LA and NYC last week, then headed overseas to kick off the European portion of the tour. Kate, Jessica, and Colin went to Berlin before debuting the film in Dublin earlier this week.

Before Kate and Colin hit the red carpet, they stopped by a Dublin studio to chat up the project. Kate, Colin, and Jessica have been in front of the cameras for their film since July, though the overseas leg of promotions kicked off in Berlin just yesterday.

It seems the cast didn't stick around afterward — Jessica tweeted a picture of a jet this evening with the caption, "Auf wiedersehen, Berlin!" Kate, Jessica, and their leading man Colin Farrell kicked things off this morning. Jessica Biel wore Christian Cota to a photocall for the picture, which hit theaters in the US earlier this month.
