Garance Doré is taking her boyfriend's lead on the retail front, and putting her fashion illustrations up for sale. Scott Shurman (aka The Sartorialist) is selling select photographic prints online via Net-a-Porter and his blogger PIC is set to do similar, telling WWD that due to popular demand she will be offering approximately a dozen of her drawings for sale as posters or as limited edition art prints. The prints will reportedly be available for around $35 USD via her site in about two weeks time. Garancé said, "We want to do an exhibition in New York for the launch so people can see how the illustrations are presented and how good they look when they are printed ... I wanted something you can buy for a present and not be too crazy." We will certainly be investing, how about you?
