Vogue Italia has pushed magazine boundaries once again (remember their all black issue?), creating a cover featuring Twitpics of top models for their December 2009 issue. Under the direction of Steven Meisel, models Christy Turlington, Lara Stone, Natalia Vodianova, Gisele Bundchen and Kasia Struss were asked to photograph themselves for the Twitter devoted issue.
I'm sure this cover will divide most people, but I'm a fan! It seems really relevant for today's social networking obsessed world, and it's about time magazines got with the program and created something a little different. Of course, I still love glossy model covers, but this is refreshingly fun for a one-off. What do you think?
