Robbie Williams X Camilla: The Kaftan Capsule Collection We Didn’t Know We Needed

When you think Robbie Williams, you don’t immediately think fashion. Or maybe you do. I personally think of that time he made out with a fan on stage in the middle of Come Undone.

But regardless of what he’s best known for, Williams loves a bold fashion moment. So much so that he’s teamed up with his friend and esteemed designer Camilla Franks on an exclusive collaboration.

Highlighting the electric energy of the musician’s craft, blended with CAMILLA’s artistry, Williams and Franks are finally bringing their creative baby to life; a capsule collection they designed over 18 months during the pandemic.

“Mills is a true rockstar of print: she took all the things that make me me, and turned it into a work of art,” says Williams.

“You’ll find all these secret little hidden messages amongst the prints: my tattoos, my song lyrics, memories from my childhood, homages to my family: mum, dad, my beautiful wife Ayda and my four little angels — there’s even a shoutout to my favourite football team Port Vale.”

The collection is made up of five different prints, including ‘Rockstar Royalty’, ‘Kingdom of Angels’ and ‘Do I Entertain You’. With each print speaking to the 18 BRIT award-winning catalogue of songs in Williams’ repertoire as well as the carefully designed prints, the collection has a personal touch that is unique to a celebrity capsule collection.

Taking it one step further, the capsule spans an extended sizing range from XXS to 4XL, contains both Mens and Womenswear, as well as incredible pinnacle pieces such as the Long Line Reversible Robe, Long Sleeve Swing Dress and the Zip Through Bomber Jacket.

“First and foremost, my prints have to tell a story and I’m so touched Robbie trusted me with his. This became a deeply personal project for us both,” says Franks.

“We delved deep into his treasure box of memories and splashed them onto silken canvas, bringing to life the milestones of his memories. With gilded gold, red roses, tartans and disco balls — they are born to entertain.”
