When it comes to her daily eats, Alessandra doesn’t shy away from foods such as chips or pizza, but she’s very conscious about eating small, frequent portions.
“I really eat everything that it is pleasant to me. But nevertheless I always know when to stop. And not to go too far, I take it in small portions,” she told Swide.
She’s also an advocate for fresh juices and makes sure her diet consists of lots of fruit, nuts, veggies and protein drinks.
