A very simple and easy workout that I have my clients do if they are on the road, or even the clients who don’t want to go to a gym, is the deck of cards workout.

There is four different suits in a deck — spades, diamonds, hearts, clubs — and each of those suits has a card ranging from one to 10.

The face cards — king, queen and joker — are worth 10 reps, and the ace is worth 11 reps.
