The first thing you eat or drink in the day is the most important as it sets-off the neurotransmitters for the day. If you start your day with a breakfast high in sugar and carbohydrates you will generally crave that for the rest of the day. I always have a green smoothie or juice packed with vitamin and nutrients.

Oh please you can easily eat only lots of vegetables and lean protein in a day and be happy about it. The only thing I'm concerned about is the amount of carbs in that mealplan above. I would have no energy to do an intense workout on that.

Hi Melissa, you look amazing and so healthy. I am just wondering why you don't get hungry though? To have only a green smoothie or juice until 1pm is not very much food. I would be starving! Were you hungry when you first started doing that?

Really?? She essentially only eats veggies and a little bit of protein all day. Who can realistically follow this lifestyle?
