Don’t get us wrong, you should feel slightly exhausted after you’ve finished sweating it out, but what about the post-workout high — are you still getting that? The more you exercise the more energy you should have, not the other way around. So if you find you’re falling asleep at the desk at work or barely managing to get through a workout because you’re so tired, you’re either pushing yourself too hard or your chosen routine isn’t for you.
