It Doesn’t Interest You
So your friend has tagged you along to a Pilates, yoga or Barre Body class, and not only do you feel uncoordinated, but you’re just not interested. This is OK, not everyone is meant to enjoy the more controlled and slower forms of exercise. Some people prefer to take part in more adventurous types of activities like hiking, rock climbing or even BMX riding. Whatever it is, these still count as exercise.
