Nicola Peltz Beckham Joins David in Wishing Victoria Beckham a Happy Birthday

Fresh off Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham’s first wedding anniversary, the family have another cause for celebration: Victoria Beckham‘s birthday. The fashion designer turned 49 on April 17, and naturally her friends and family have been quick to post their well-wishes on social media, including her husband, David Beckham, who rarely misses an opportunity to post a little PDA on Instagram.
The former soccer player took to the platform to post an adorable throwback snap of the couple in black and white to commemorate her special day, writing a caption honoring her inspirational role in the family. This latest old-school photo comes after his Mother’s Day post and Valentine’s Day post, so it seems David is in the reminiscing mood as of late!
The Beckham family are known for showing up in support of each other, both in their personal lives (like gym couple workouts) and in their careers, as proven when the family (minus Romeo, who had soccer commitments) arrived at Victoria’s Paris Fashion Week show in March. Despite rumors having circulated that Victoria and daughter-in-law Nicola were feuding after the latter didn’t wear a Victoria Beckham wedding dress last year, the family were all smiles at Victoria’s pre-birthday celebrations on April 16.
In addition to loving family posts, Victoria’s fellow Spice Girls sent their own messages on social media, with fun clips of old music videos to have us all feeling nostalgic. Members of the girl band had previously reunited at Geri Horner’s 50th birthday, so we can’t wait to see if they’ll do the same for Victoria’s big 5-0 next year.
