Just because the Emmy Awards are over doesn't mean the fun has ended! The stars from TV's biggest night kept the good times rolling at the various after parties following the big award show. Sofia Vergara and her Modern Family castrates proved to be the biggest party animals as they hopped between Fox's official bash, HBO's post-show fete, and the Governors Ball. Meanwhile, Claire Danes floated around the Governors Ball and HBO's party to meet up with friend Lena Dunham and show off her new Emmy award. But the biggest revellers of the night had to have been the Breaking Bad cast, who celebrated their outstanding drama series win with kisses, hugs and lots of dancing. One of the Emmys moments we were waiting for this year was Jane Lynch's tribute to her late Glee co-star, Cory Monteith. Lynch spoke of his "star quality and genuine sweetness" and went on to call Monteith a "beautiful soul" before remarking on the senseless nature of addiction. It was a heartwarming speech for anyone who's seen Monteith's work, and one that likely brought tears to many Glee fans' eyes.

Jane Lynch stopped by the Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Wednesday to promote her new NBC game show Hollywood Game Night, and the conversation naturally turned to the recent passing of her Glee castmate Cory Monteith. Jane got emotional during the interview, telling Jay that Cory "had one of the biggest hearts," and "was a real bright light," adding, "I don't think he left one day unlived."
When asked how she thinks that Cory should be remembered, Jane recalled a time when the actor flew cross-country to be with a terminally-ill fan whose last wish it was to meet him, saying, "That's the kind of guy he was — a real giver."

The 67th annual Tony Awards rolled into Radio City Music Hall in NYC on Sunday to recognise achievements on Broadway. Host Neil Patrick Harris, who ran the show for the fourth time, walked the red carpet with David Burtka and kicked things off with a big musical number that included performers from almost a dozen Broadway musicals — as well as Mike Tyson dancing on stage. Best actor nominee Tom Hanks had wife Rita Wilson by his side, while Jake Gyllenhaal looked handsome in a crisp suit and bow tie after popping up at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards on Saturday in LA. Annie's Jane Lynch took the stage to perform during the show but posed solo on the red carpet where Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson, in a custom bow tie from his Tie the Knot organisation, stuck by fiancé Justin Mikita's side. Presenter Anna Kendrick chose a Donna Karan Atelier gown, and past Tony winner Scarlett Johansson wore an all-black Saint Laurent ensemble for her onstage appearance with Alan Cummings. Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Jane Lynch were joined by their Glee cast members to honour Ryan Murphy as he received the PaleyFest Icon Award in LA last night. Lea wore a sheer black Vivienne Tam dress while her boyfriend, Cory, went for a simple suit at the event. The Glee cast weren't the only stars from Ryan's shows to attend the shindig — Leslie Bibb, Carly Pope and Leslie Grossman from Ryan's first show, Popular, walked the red carpet along with Andrew Rannells and Justin Bartha from The New Normal. Many of the stars of Ryan's shows have grown close with the prolific TV creator, and Andrew, Naya Rivera and Darren Criss even did some impressions of Ryan Murphy on the red carpet for the Associated Press. After the award ceremony, Lea tweeted, "A beautiful night honoring the amazing Ryan Murphy. So happy for him. What a joy to be in such an amazing room with such incredible people."
Lea Michele and Zooey Deschanel were joined by their fellow FOX TV friends as they celebrated the network's shows at an all-star party during the 2013 Winter TCAs in Pasadena yesterday. Lea's Glee co-stars Kevin McHale and Jane Lynch dropped by the bash, but Lea's on- and offscreen boyfriend Cory Monteith wasn't photographed at the event. Meanwhile, Zooey's sister, Emily Deschanel, who stars on FOX's Bones, colour-coordinated with her sister in a black cocktail dress. Mindy Kaling, Shannon Woodward and Nicki Minaj also swung by to celebrate.
The event followed a busy day of promotion for the stars, who sat on a FOX comedy panel yesterday. During the interviews, Mindy got big laughs when she joked around with Zooey about having "special privileges" on The Mindy Project.
Cory Monteith escorted girlfriend Lea Michele, dressed in floor length Armani gown, to Saturday night's LA premiere of American Horror Story: Asylum. Lea and Cory were on hand with friends, and co-stars, Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch to support Glee creator Ryan Murphy, who is also the brain behind American Horror Story and The New Normal.
The second season of American Horror Story features a cast of new faces including Jenna Dewan. Jenna hit the red carpet in a sexy white Reem Acra and joked that it was so tight she couldn't sit down. Some of Hollywood's hottest names make cameos on Asylum including Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, Zachary Quinto, and Chloë Sevigny, just to name a few.
Nicole Richie picked a dramatic black dress and styled her hair in a retro up ’do for the FiFi Awards in NYC today. The FiFi Awards celebrate the best of the fragrance industry, and business-minded Nicole recently joined the ranks of celebrities with their own fragrance. Her trip to NYC comes after a relaxing few weeks in Sydney, where she was reunited with husband Joel Madden, who’s a coach on The Voice. Last week the couple took their kids, Harlow and Sparrow, to Taronga Zoo, and they’ve reportedly been looking for a place to lease for a year. Nicole will be back in Sydney this Saturday for an appearance at David Jones.
