Jennifer Lawrence had a jam-packed 24 hours at the Cannes Film Festival. She kicked things off with a photo call alongside her Catching Fire co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Sam Claflin, and then Jennifer slipped into a gorgeous Dior gown for the evening's marquee premiere. On Sunday, Jennifer joined her boys for the official Catching Fire party. She wore another Dior — this time white with a flower detail — before switching into a grey number. Once inside the bash, Jennifer sat close to Liam, but also stayed glued to her iPhone. Jennifer also showed off her big smile while chatting with fellow partygoers. Liam and Jennifer called it a night on the early side, leaving Catching Fire supporters to mingle with models in their Capitol finest.
Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth Bring Catching Fire to Rainy Cannes
Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth linked up with their Catching Fire co-star Sam Claflin this morning for a photo call at the extremely rainy Cannes Film Festival! The trio were able to escape the elements by posing inside the Majestic Hotel. Jennifer, Sam, and Liam are in France to hype up the second installment of The Hunger Games series, which is out in Australia on November 21. Also smiling for the cameras were Lionsgate co-chairmen Rob Friedman and Patrick Wachsberger and director Francis Lawrence.
The cast and team behind the film are busy despite the release being six months away. It was just announced that COVERGIRL will launch the Capitol Collection, a range of makeup products inspired by the film. And Liam made sure to enjoy the social side of Cannes too. Last night, he and a group of guy friends checked out the Rev Run and DJ Rukus set at Belvedere's party inside the VIP Room club.
Check Out an Exciting New Poster For Catching Fire
Lionsgate has just revealed the first official poster for Catching Fire (not to be confused with the motion poster or victory tour propaganda). It's pretty cool, too: a vintage-looking Katniss ponders the meaning of life atop a bluff with her trusty bow and arrow in hand, along with a quote from the novel: "The sun persists in rising, so I make myself stand." I still wish we could get a peek at the new arena, but I'll take what I can get for now. How do you feel about the new one-sheet?
But wait — there's more exciting news on the Hunger Games front: Lionsgate has launched an official Instagram account for The Hunger Games, so be sure to check it out for all the latest updates on Catching Fire, which is out on Nov. 21.

Catching Fire Teaser: Katniss and Peeta Are Back!
Those who were watching the MTV Movie Awards got a special sneak peek of Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson in Catching Fire — and we have it right here now too! The clip shows some gruesome scenes from the book (like Gale's whipping) and hints at the impending revolution — along with a steamy kiss between Gale and Katniss. We even get a look at Philip Seymour Hoffman as Plutarch Heavensbee, but unfortunately no look at the tropical arena just yet.

November still seems like a long way off for Hunger Games fans who are counting down until the release of Catching Fire, the much-anticipated sequel to last year’s blockbuster. The most recent additions were Hunger Games heartthrob Finnick (Sam Claflin) and the evil President Snow (Donald Sutherland) so click through to see them all — Catching Fire opens in Australia on Nov. 21.
Exclusive: Liam Hemsworth in Gale's Official Catching Fire Portrait!
The Hunger Games' official Catching Fire portraits are being unveiled for Capitol Couture this week, and we are thrilled to officially debut this very handsome image of Gale. In the portrait, Gale holds one white rose, which holds symbolism in the series. The portraits for Johanna Mason, Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen — played by newly minted Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, of course — also show their characters with the same single flower. Gale becomes a far more central character in the second Hunger Games instalment, and we are certainly excited to see more of Liam Hemsworth in the role. Catching Fire comes out Nov. 21, and you can follow all of the exciting updates on its Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages.

Jennifer Lawrence Shows Off Her Dark New 'Do and Winning Smile
Jennifer Lawrence juggled multiple bags as she headed to her car in LA yesterday. She left the Rossano Ferretti Hair Spa in Beverly Hills, where she got a fresh dye job. Jennifer went back to brunette so that she could return to work on Catching Fire in Hawaii. Her locks have been lighter for most of award seasons and were noticeably blonde at the Oscars. It was a big event for Jennifer, who took home the best actress win for Silver Linings Playbook and celebrated at Vanity Fair's Oscars after party.
