Kristen Stewart looked stunning on the Oscars red carpet last night and had Taylor Lautner's arm to help stay solid on her feet when she stepped out to present. As the evening rolled on, however, Kristen had to do what so many other women must have, too: she kicked off her high heels and went barefoot to the Vanity Fair afterparty! Kristen's dramatic train on her navy gown covered up her shoeless feet, while her beautiful updo remained perfect—find out how to get Kristen Stewart's Oscar hair here. She stuck with Taylor for much of the night, but also chatted with fellow actresses like Julianne Moore inside the party. O-day can be quite the marathon and Kristen ducked out before the party ended, slipping into the back of her awaiting car without, fingers crossed, stepping on anything sharp.

The Governors Ball was the first stop for many of the winners and presenters after last night's Oscars ceremony. Best actress Sandra Bullock went from chatting about her award in the press room to the afterparty, where she shared a special moment with her supportive husband, Jesse James. Maggie Gyllenhaal didn't claim a statue for Crazy Heart, but she continued the family evening by joining her mother Naomi Foner for a bite. Barbara Streisand cuddled up to Gerard Butler, while Diane Kruger brought her Chanel gown from the red carpet to the ball.
Oprah Winfrey joined Gabourey Sidibe after her touching introduction during the best supporting actress presentation. Zoe Saldana stayed in her voluminous dress—which turned out to be quite the trendsetter—, while Neil Patrick Harris relaxed with David Burtka after his amazing opening number. Sigourney Weaver was happy to let her hair down with Anna Kendrick despite Avatar's not winning Best Picture, but Kathryn Bigelow and screenwriter Mark Boal were thrilled their film The Hurt Locker took home the accolade.
