It was rubgy league's night of nights last night as the best players in the country hit Sydney's Town Hall for the 2012 Dally M Awards. Hitting the red carpet were NRL stars Todd Carney (with new girlfriend Lauryn Eagle), Benji Marshall with TV presenter-fiancée Zoe Balbi, and Ben Barba, who went on to take the night's most coveted prize: the 2012 Dally M Awards Player of the Year. Missing from the red carpet were Dally M stalwarts, Braith Anasta and his fiancée Jodi Gordon. Anasta was sick, and Gordon expressed her disappointment (via her Instagram account) at missing out on wearing her "beautiful" J'Aton gown. Guy Sebastian performed, and the wives and girlfriends of the NRL players shone on the red carpet while their proud partners looked on — it's all in the gallery, so click through and have a peek!
