The line-up for Homebake 2012 was announced today, revealing that Blondie will headline the music, film, comedy and arts festival when it takes over The Domain in Sydney on Dec. 8. The NYC band fronted by Deborah Harry has been granted an “honorary Homebake visa” for the event, while other musicians set to grace the stage include Kimbra, Angus and Julia Stone, Birds of Tokyo, Sam Sparro and Tim Minchin. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Aug. 16 at 9 a.m. from Ticketek. See the rest of the line-up after the jump.
The Isle of Wight was the place to be this weekend as acts lined up to take to the stage as part of the annual music festival! Kate Moss was among those hanging out backstage, as well as Pixie Geldof in an England tee, while Juliette and the Licks, The Saturdays and Paloma Faith all took to the stage in some amazing outfits.
Living legends Sir Paul McCartney and the amazing Debbie Harry and Blondie sang their hits for the crowds and Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro performed shirtless as he rocked out. Pink wowed the audience by abseiling from a box suspended from a crane over the stage!

"Disco punk," Debbie Harry and "youthful rebellion" — that was the name of the game over at 3.1 Phillip Lim for Fall, according to WWD. I like the sound of it. And I like the look of it. Translated into everyday lingo, it basically means that hair was big, but still had plenty of movement, and that Lisa Butler, who created the makeup look for NARS, kept the whole look matte, save for some iridescent pink on the cheekbones courtesy of The Mulitple in Luxor ($89). It's the hair's that's the winner for me; it's got me humming "One Way or Another" . . .
