Kate Middleton has pulled her recycled style trick again, reworking the same Emilia Wickstead coat that she wore for last year's St Patrick's Day festivities for an official military parade in Aldershot yesterday. And why not? The chic topper is the perfect shade of emerald to celebrate the luck of the Irish, and it snugly accommodates her just-visible baby bump. Kate made it fresh by switching her base colour from chocolate to black, layered her trusty overcoat over opaques, a fine-knit turtleneck, gloves and topped off the look with a chic felt headpiece and festive lapel sprig. We've missed you Kate! It's been a little since we've seen the Duchess out and about, but she's made up for her absence in spades - appearing twice in as many days. Yesterday we saw her in this nifty little burgundy Paule Ka skirt suit for an appearance with Will in central London, and his morning we've been treated to yet another chic ensemble from HRH, with Kate stepping out for the official launch of the National Football Centre in Burton-upon-Trent in this super-sophisticated khaki Reiss coat. Both are classically tailored pieces, but it's her on-trend palette that really impressed us. Ox-blood red and olive make a fabulous, new-season colour combo - and whilst it might feel cold-weather appropriate in Kate's heavy woolens, we think this is still well worth keeping on file for A/W 2013. It's only day one of Prince William and Kate Middleton's nine-day Diamond Jubilee tour, and we're already loving what we see from the Duchess of Cambridge. Spotted in Singapore, our favourite royal next door delivered two refreshing - and easy to emulate - ways to wear floral prints. Kate first stepped out in a bespoke kimono-inspired Jenny Packham creation, which featured sweet hand-painted orchids along the bodice and skirt. Then, she punched up the vibrancy factor tenfold with one of Prabal Gurung's seriously cool Spring '12 sheaths. Sure, the purple-and-cream Rorschach pattern may be a little bit louder, but her minimalist approach on the accessory front (read: black Prada pumps and a black clutch) kept the ensemble sleek and sophisticated.
