Tweets of the Week: Jonah Hill, Megan Gale, Lauren Conrad & more!

There were two things that had our favourite famous Tweeters up in arms this week: The supposed Mayan apocalypse, and the proposed changes to everyone's favourite app, Instagram.

There were two things that had our favourite famous Tweeters up in arms this week: The supposed Mayan apocalypse, and the proposed changes to everyone's favourite app, Instagram. And yep, as we've come to expect, the celebs we follow were vocal about both. Pink went as far as to say she'd be quitting the photo-sharing app for good, while Jonah Hill likened the effect of the new rules to a broken heart (what a romantic). As for the end of the world? Some people were relieved to see it was nothing more than a myth, while others (like Lauren Conrad) were kind of relying on the end to be nigh. And Megan Gale? She just wants us to have a safe Christmas break — proving she's gorgeous on the inside, too. Nothing gives us an insight into the minds of our favourite celebrities quite like Twitter does.

Who Do You Want to Win the Gold Logie?

We’re still coming off our post-royal wedding high but there’s no time to rest and relax just yet — the Logies are happening tonight!

We’re still coming off our post-royal wedding high but there’s no time to rest and relax just yet — the Logies are happening tonight! As usual, the big trophy of the night is the coveted Gold Logie, which will decide who the most popular personality on TV is. Packed to the Rafters stars Rebecca Gibney and Jessica Marais have been hot favourites from the start due to the popularity of their show, however buzz surrounding Chrissie Swan’s inclusion in the category sparked talk that people may vote for her because she’s the underdog. Asher Keddie’s chances have been helped by her brilliant portrayal of Ita Buttrose on Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo, while Karl Stefanovic and Adam Hills have long been likeable male personalities on the small screen. So tell us — who do you want to win the Gold Logie tonight?
