Another Packer heir has reportedly arrived on the scene! Erica and James Packer are believed to be the parents of a new baby boy. Reports say the bub was born overnight at Mater Misericordiae hospital in Crows Nest. Erica was admitted on Sunday afternoon and was scheduled to be induced yesterday. James was spotted entering the maternity ward before noon. The couple have one daughter, Indigo, who is 19-months-old. The new baby’s name and details have not been released, but we're expecting the standard "over the moon" press release any minute now.

The house was auctioned off Thursday night and set a record for Sydney house prices this year. The previous record was $18 million set by James Packer and his wife Erica when they bought a property in Vaucluse. Russell Crowe and his wife Danielle had attended the appointment-only inspection and it is thought that his lawyers were in the crowd, but they didn’t place a bid. The former French consulate, which is located at 93 Victoria Rd, has six-bedrooms, expansive grounds, harbour views, a tennis court and a pool. The couple currently lives in Bronte and are expecting their third child in April.
