The cast of Glee stepped out for their big red carpet season two celebration and season one DVD release party in Hollywood last night. The show isn't actually back on the air for another couple of weeks but it's never too early to get excited for the return of one of our fave TV shows. Jane Lynch smiled big fresh off her win for best supporting actress at the Emmy Awards, and newcomer to the cast John Stamos is already part of the family as he planted a kiss on the cheek of onscreen love interest Jayma Mays.

Glee returns on September 22 and I can't wait! There are many reasons why I'm looking forward to season two (including this promo), but in a nutshell, I just can't get enough of those singing New Directions kids. Who would you be if you walked the halls of McKinley High?
Here's something to kick off your mid-week: a little manjoyment in the form of shirtless Ryan Phillippe and Mark Salling! The two actors were in Puerto Rico for a charity Hollywood Domino tournament and spent their downtime testing the water in the ocean and sipping drinks. Mark's character on Glee, the womanising Puck, is mohawk-free in season two and we can only hope that they find a way to show off those abs too.
It's time to revive your couch-bound dance moves because Glee is soon returning with its second season. Besides the return of your favourite characters and Britney Spears's highly anticipated appearance, there's so much more to look forward to! In fact, I have my own list of things I'm excited about, and it just so happens that there are some brand-new photos to see as well!

Kylie Minogue cuddled up to a Brit muso backstage, as my should-be-hubby Robbie Williams chatted with fans online. Keith Urban was caught jamming by John Mayer and Lea Michele was surprised with a cake for her birthday.

Considering their ever-growing popularity, it’s no surprise that the latest people to get Simpson-ised are none other than some of our favourite Gleeks! Rachel (Lea Michele), Finn (Cory Monteith) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) from Glee will get the yellow treatment when The Simpsons kicks off its 22nd season. Their real-life counterparts will voice them in an episode called “Elementary School Musical”, where Lisa Simpson goes to a performing arts camp and gets caught up in the showbiz lifestyle.
