The music industry's hottest stars got glamorous for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards blue carpet today in Las Vegas. Taylor Swift wore a short and shimmery blue number, while Miley Cyrus went bold in a black and white jumpsuit. What a line up! The Hollywood premiere of Scream 4 brought out some stellar frocks, with the stylish attendees opting for short, bright and sexy ensembles for today's red carpet. Both opting for hard to miss shades of electric blue was Emma Roberts in a beautiful Burberry Prorsum frock teamed with Marchesa platform heels, and Kristin Bell in a Vanessa Bruno cut out frock which she wore with tasselled sandals. Continuing the primary colour theme was Shenae Grimes in a high shine emerald top and bubble skirt combo, and Hayden Panettiere who frocked up in scarlet Zac Posen.
