Stone Fox Bride Serves Up the Ultimate Anti-Wedding Bridal Gowns

With a tagline like "F*ck weddings," you know you're in for a treat.

With a tagline like "F*ck weddings," you know you're in for a treat. US label Stone Fox Bride released its Spring 2013 look book this week, featuring designer Pamela Love lip-locking with none other than Jemima Kirke — also known as Jessa Johansson from HBO's Girls. While it may be considered a strong statement (with same-sex marriage laws being debated as we speak), it also simply highlights the elegance and grace of two women together, wearing beautifully crafted dresses. If you're a bride who essentially hates all things bridal, then Stone Fox Bride is your go-to for beautiful non-wedding wedding dresses. The brand eschews "anything puffy or fluffy, stiff flowers, and pink cupcakes" and is more for the backyard barbecue bride than the stuffy princess type.

We love how the line celebrates "looking like a more radiant version of your regular self," and prioritises being cool and comfortable over everything else. Each custom-made dress is hand-draped in New York and made with fabrics sourced from Italy, India, and France. Stone Fox Bride has a plethora of colours to choose — you can even dream up your own ombré combination — in addition to tons of lengths, silhouettes, and styles. With evocative style names like The Frida, The June Carter, and, of course, The Jemima, each gown has a cool, laid-back personality of its own. If you prefer floral crowns to traditional veils and long and lacy rather than big and poufy, then this is the bridal line for you. Best bit? They ship to Oz! Rosario Dawson Jokes With Ex Danny Boyle at Trance Premiere

Rosario Dawson met up with ex-boyfriend Danny Boyle to premiere their new film, Trance, in NYC last night.

Rosario Dawson met up with ex-boyfriend Danny Boyle to premiere their new film, Trance, in NYC last night. She was joined by her co-star Vincent Cassel as she joked around on the red carpet while wearing a stunning Bottega Veneta pink dress. Later, Rosario, Danny and Vincent headed to the premiere's after party where the actress celebrated the arrival of a pizza delivery by cheering for joy. The cast weren't the only stars who attended the event, with The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus arriving on the arm of Debbie Harry, and Girls stars Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet catching a screening of the new flick.

The premiere comes hot on the heels of the announcement that Rosario and Danny had broken up, although it isn't clear how long the couple had been dating. The two were last seen together when Rosario donned a bikini during a vacation in Barbados back in January. There are rumours that Rosario is moving on with Michael Fassbender after the two were spotted together in London over the weekend.

Lena Dunham Brings Her Girls, and Boys, to the Girls Season 2 Premiere

Lena Dunham and Allison Williams were joined by their castmates and quite a few celebrity friends when they premiered the second season of Girls in NYC yesterday.

Lena Dunham and Allison Williams were joined by their castmates and quite a few celebrity friends when they premiered the second season of Girls in NYC yesterday. Lena wore a strapless Valentino jumpsuit while Allison wore an Altuzarra ensemble. Zosia Mamet and Jemima Kirke, who gave birth to her second child seven weeks ago, hammed it up with their co-stars on the red carpet while the men of Girls — Adam Driver, Christopher Abbott, Andrew Rannells and Alex Karpovsky — took photos together. Solange Knowles also attended the event along with HBO stars like Michael K. Williams and Steve Buscemi.

The cast and Lena in particular have been in the press quite a bit lately as they promote the new season of their hit series, which premieres in Australia on Monday, Jan. 14 on Showcase. Lena recently opened up about her awkward teenage years, saying she didn't have any friends and was a "chubby teenager." Despite her pre-Girls troubles, Lena is enjoying the success of her HBO show, including a nomination at Monday's Golden Globes.

The Girls Crew Fete Season Two Premiere With Some Very Stylish Friends

On another red carpet about 3,000 miles away from the People's Choice Awards, the ladies of HBO's Girls stepped out in NYC to celebrate the season two premiere.

On another red carpet about 3,000 miles away from the People's Choice Awards, the ladies of HBO's Girls stepped out in NYC to celebrate the season two premiere. (For fellow fanatics, it comes back this Monday, 8.30 Showtime) But it wasn't just Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Zosia Mamet, and Jemima Kirke making stylish waves — although we'll get to that in a minute — it seems as if much of the fashion industry and downtown cool-girl set were in attendance as well. On the short list: Solange Knowles went bold in a printed Just Cavalli Pre-Fall 2013 suit, Zoë Kravitz dressed in darker laid-back layers, Lily Kwong went two-tone in a peplum top and trousers, and Nicky Hilton opted for a leggier look via one pleated, flared black leather skirt. As for the show's main foursome? We loved how they effortlessly showed off their unique style. With Zosia in a black-and-white ruffled mini, Allison in a gilded Altuzarra top and skirt, Lena in a black Valentino jumpsuit, and Jemima in a flowy black maxi dress, it wasn't hard to see how each actress embodies and differs from their on-screen persona. Everyone's Talking About Girls — Here's What You Need to Know

The show we’re currently discussing every week is Girls, which airs on Showcase.

The show we’re currently discussing every week is Girls, which airs on Showcase. There was a lot of buzz surrounding the HBO series before its US launch in April, with critics praising the realistic portrayal of four twentysomething girls trying to navigate life in NYC. It was created by lead actress Lena Dunham, who also had a huge role behind the scenes, and was co-produced by Judd Apatow. The last two episodes of season one air on Monday (it has been picked up for a second series), so get up to speed with what people have called “the new Sex and the City.”

Girls airs on Monday at 8:30 p.m. on Showcase.

Video: Have You Heard About HBO's New Series, GIRLS?

It's been billed as this generation's answer to Sex and the City, but it's safe to say GIRLS is a more realistic look inside the lives of twentysomething women.

It's been billed as this generation's answer to Sex and the City, but it's safe to say GIRLS is a more realistic look inside the lives of twentysomething women. Set in New York (where else?!), Hannah, Marnie, Jessa and Shoshanna awkwardly navigate their way around those precious but horrific moments in life that we all have — but might not always talk about. While we continue to wonder how Carrie can afford all those Manolo Blahniks, the lead character in GIRLS, Hannah, confronts the little issue of feeding herself and paying her rent after her parents decide to stop giving her money. The show covers all the fun stuff (insert sarcasm here) that we ladies deal with day-to-day in our late teens and early twenties — like our virginity, STDs, boy dramas, money problems, jobs problems (I could go on forever here!) — but it's written in a way that you'll not only relate to, but laugh out loud at as well. Written and directed by Lena Dunham, who also plays the character of Hannah, check out HBO's video featuring Lena in conversation with the show's executive producer, Judd Apatow (Bridesmaids).

GIRLS premieres in Australia on FOXTEL's showcase channel tonight at 8:30 p.m. — and as an added bonus, it's a double episode!
