Drew Barrymore opened up about motherhood during an appearance on Katie yesterday. She talked about her plans to raise daughter Olive, who she welcomed in September. Drew famously had some ups and downs in her younger years as a child actress in Hollywood, and she told host Katie Couric that while she doesn't want to give her daughter the impression that she is "ashamed" of how she was raised, she does want to do a lot of things differently. She said, "A lot of my life was loosey-goosey and hippie and in the spotlight, and I actually feel very opposite about that as a parent. I'm very into structure and guidance, and protection and privacy." Watch the clip for more from Drew!
Daniel Craig Cheers On Rachel at the NY Film Critics Circle Awards
Jessica Chastain, Matthew McConaughey, Rachel Weisz and many more stars celebrated their fellow actors and filmmakers at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards in New York City yesterday. Matthew, who wore a suit by Dolce & Gabbana, won best supporting actor for his performances in Magic Mike and Bernie while Rachel beat out Jessica — who did triple-duty that night by appearing on the Late Show and attending a screening for Mama in addition to this event — for best actress for her role in The Deep Blue Sea. Rachel's husband Daniel Craig cheered Rachel on from the audience when she won her award.
Jessica's film Zero Dark Thirty was the big winner of the night, earning best director for Kathryn Bigelow and best cinematography for Greg Fraser. Highly-buzzed-about films Les Misérables and Argo missed out altogether. However, those films and their stars will have plenty of chances to scoop up more honours once awards season starts up in earnest this week with the People's Choice Awards on Thursday, the Critic's Choice Awards on Friday and the Golden Globes on Monday.

Rihanna Leads the Way With Amazing Women For Glamour
Rihanna stole the show in her dramatic white dress as she and her fellow honorees took the red carpet at last night's Glamour Women of the Year celebration in NYC. Carnegie Hall was brimming with beautiful ladies from Iman to Maria Shriver and Diane von Furstenberg. Catherine Zeta-Jones stood out in blue and had Michael Douglas by her side for support. Rih was just one of a handful of women who were chosen by the magazine, but all eyes were on her — and most of you are loving the look, just the latest in her fashion metamorphosis!
Padma Lakshmi showed off her growing baby bump while one of the evening's honorees Stella McCartney smiled big with her award up on stage where she also had some trouble with her super short skirt. Amy Poehler and Michelle Obama were two of the magazine's other women of the year, though the First Lady didn't attend the event since she was with her husband President Barack Obama visiting with families at Fort Hood. The night was full of inspirational and important females who spoke and mingled, celebrating each other and Glamour's picks. Rihanna has come out strong opening up about her difficult year and what all this means to her – check out Rih's heartfelt speech after the jump.
