US TV channel Fox showed off the stars and shows of their upcoming season in New York yesterday. Host of So You Think You Can Dance US, Cat Deeley, brightened up the blue carpet in yellow. Lea Michele continued her events reign in a short, colourful number after Glee creator Ryan Murphy denied rumours that she's difficult or a diva on set. He also said that they are talking to Britney Spears about tapping into her musical archive! Lea's castmate Dianna Agron looked red hot as she posed for photos. As did Jayma Mays who, along with the rest of the Gleeks, is preparing to head off on a US tour. After some time at Cannes with Diane Kruger, Joshua Jackson was back on American soil to promote Fringe, Cory Monteith joined the rest of his Glee castmates and Hugh Laurie suited up to usher in a brand new season of House.
To see lots more from the party including David Boreanaz, Emily Deschanel, Matthew Morrison, Mark Salling, Anna Torv, Jane Lynch, Keri Russell, Will Arnett and others, read on.
Keri Russell, Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser took their Extraordinary Measures from LA to NYC, where they met up for another red carpet over the weekend. The real-life family on which the movie is based joined the cast for the screening, which made the actors open up about what the film means to them. Keri once again stuck with a black dress and understated makeup, sans her hot husband. Gerard Butler was the life of the party on Golden Globes night and it looked like he was having a similarly fun time as he went from the screening to the afterparty. Adrien Brody popped by the soirée as well before heading off to Sundance where he'll show off the movie Splice.
Jessica Simpson joined the stars of Extraordinary Measures last night for their LA premiere, sporting a big bouffant on the red carpet. Like Jess, one of the film's stars, Keri Russell, dressed in black for the event. Calista Flockhart sparkled in gold on Harrison Ford's arm, looking happy together following their Sunday of posing at the Golden Globes. While, Brendan Fraser was on hand to complete the film's trio of actors—he met up with Keri and Harrison once inside to smile for additional photos. Keri has been hard at work over the last week plugging their film, so it should be interesting to see if her efforts pay off when the film hits US cinemas tomorrow.
Keri Russell continued her press tour for Extraordinary Measures last night with a stop at The Late Show in NYC. It was her second interview of the day following her morning appearance on The Early Show and she changed from her chinos and blazer into a sleek all-black ensemble. Keri sat down with David Letterman to talk about her work in the movie as well as about her family. She explained why she and husband Shane chose to name their son River and Keri also compared what it's like working with Harrison Ford versus Tom Cruise. Check out the video below.
