The excitement at Thursday night's amfAR Inspiration Gala continued inside Milk Studios after stars like Sarah Jessica Parker, in Chanel, and a Prabal Gurung-clad Kate Hudson moved inside off the red carpet. The ceremony commenced with host Chelsea Handler presiding over the microphone. Katy Perry, in a floral gown, performed at the event honouring uber-agent Kevin Huvane for his work to fund AIDS research. Katy was moved enough to auction off one of her guitars during the charity auction portion of the evening, and Chelsea encouraged would-be bidders to think big, commenting, "Whatever you're thinking, double it!" There was plenty of mingling taking place over dinner — Katy made the rounds saying hi to Kate, Octavia Spencer, Lance Bass, and Kristin Davis. Katy closed the event with a rendition of her song "Firework."
Kate Hudson paired a messy ponytail with a red Prabal Gurung gown at Thursday night's amfAR Inspiration Gala, which was held at Milk Studios. Sarah Jessica Parker, who posed in Chanel on the carpet with Kenneth Cole and agent Kevin Huvane, had a fun Sex and the City reunion, meeting up with the pal Kristin Davis too. Alessandra Ambrosio broke from prepping for the upcoming Victoria's Secret show to don an embellished Zuhair Murad gown, while Chelsea Handler opted to go a bit more casual in pants and a loose top. The event, which featured dinner, an auction, and a performance from Katy Perry, was held to honour Kevin, who works with SJP and many other top Hollywood stars. Chelsea presided over the event as host — check back soon for pictures from inside!
Kristin Davis is a new mother! The Sex and the City star shared the happy news with People, telling the magazine she adopted daughter Gemma Rose Davis a few months ago and sharing a sweet picture of them cuddling up together. She said: "This is something I have wanted for a very long time. Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed." Congrats to Kristin and Gemma Rose!
With the Oscars happening this weekend, the last few days in the lead up to the big event have seen A-listers frocking up and putting on their best attire. On today’s schedule? The Costume Designers Guild Awards, which recognises and honours achievements in costume design for film and TV. Ladies like Claire Danes, Louise Roe, Ginnifer Goodwin and Diane Lane stepped away from safe red carpet fare and switched up their style — some of them their hair — while guys such as Kellan Lutz and Hugh Dancy stuck to dapper suits. Halle Berry took a break from her bitter custody battle against ex Gabriel Aubry and wowed in a sexy, lace red dress. The potential winners for the night include costume designers from films Black Swan and Burlesque, and TV shows such as Glee and Mad Men.
Amy Adams was the guest of honour last night at a party to celebrate The Fighter in Hollywood. The event, hosted by Vanity Fair and Chrysler, benefited local schools. The actress was joined by her fiancé Darren Le Gallo on the red carpet and toasted by fellow celebs like Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan, Ali Larter, Gerard Butler and Helen Mirren at the soiree, where a few guests even tried on a prizefighter belt for size! Aussies were also well-represented with Ryan Kwanten, Isabel Lucas and Abbie Cornish showing their support. Amy is back home in LA after attending the BAFTAs earlier this month. She didn't take home a statuette at the ceremony, but she's still up for an Academy Award for her role in the film, which also earned a best picture nomination. Don't forget to have some of your own Oscars fun with our printable ballot!

Stars from the fashion world, Hollywood, and the art scene came together in LA on Saturday night at the MOCA's Artist's Museum Happening. The evening was sponsored by Chanel Fine Jewelry, and the design house dressed starlets including Mila Kunis, as well as BFF and Baby co-stars Rachel Bilson and Kate Bosworth, and Kirsten Dunst for the event. Gwen Stefani also wore Chanel as she walked the carpet hand-in-hand with Gavin Rossdale. Rachel Zoe arrived fashionably late with her own husband, Rodger Berman, and sparked a new round of pregnancy rumours in a dress that appeared to show off a small baby bump. Her former co-worker, Brad Goreski, chatted on the way in, saying that since he and the superstylist have gone their separate ways, he's taking advantage of being his own boss by hitting the gym any time he wants. Stay tuned to today's PopSugar Rush for even more interviews and highlights from the soiree!
Our favourite fashion fixtures came out to play at the MOCA Annual Gala for the The Artist's Museum Happening in L.A, and weren't the pictures a treat! The Chanel fine jewellery sponsored event had cuties Rachel Bilson, Ginnifer Goodwin, Kate Bosworth and Kirsten Dunst all donning fabulously feminine frocks by the French design house. Adding to the über stylish mix was Rachel Zoe wearing a tummy concealing black dress with hubby Rodger in tow, Jennifer Love Hewitt in romantic ruffles, Chloe Sevigny who bucked the girly trend in a tuxedo inspired ensemble, Mila Kunis looking angelic in lace, SATC star Kristen Davis standing out in a strapless scarlet frock and Gwen Stefani with her usual brand of avant garde-sexy.
