Current stars of Neighbours celebrated 25 years and 6000 episodes of the soap with a party at The Olsen in Melbourne. Sam Clark, who plays Ringo Brown, will be leaving the show at the end of the month to pursue his singing career and was joined by his fellow cast mates. Even though initial reports were laughed off, rumours of a Kylie Minogue cameo continue, as the former star of the show is in the Australia visiting sister Dannii and new baby Ethan.
Last night’s edition of Hey Hey It’s Saturday was live TV at its best. Kylie Minogue showed up with 25 back-up dancers and openly gay Entourage star Rex Lee, who has made it known he’s looking for a bit of fun while he’s Down Under, also appeared on the show. Opposition Leader Tony Abbott stopped by and was booed by the gay-friendly crowd. Oh, to be a fly on the wall in that green room.

Entourage hunk Adrian Grenier is in Melbourne promoting his documentary film and Rex Lee, who plays Ari’s assistant Lloyd, is also Down Under. Both actors are expected to walk the red carpet at the Melbourne International Film Festival for Adrian’s movie Teenage Paparazzo later this week. Adrian’s former Aussie flame Isabel Lucas is also scheduled to attend the festival to promote her movie The Wedding Party.
Forget a fierce bidding war for the first pics of new baby Ethan Edward Smith. Proud parents Dannii Minogue and Kris Smith posted a pic of their new son on Twitter this weekend. The family posed for a happy snap and Dannii wrote, “"Hey everyone thanks for all your wishes, we are loving baby Ethan and Kris is the best dad in the world.
