With two of Australia's biggest fashion events falling in the same seven-day period, we always knew this was going to be a doozy of a week when it comes to style. The Logies were off first — TV's "night of nights", where our favourite stars get to doll up and wear Oscars-worthy gowns. Some were incredible — and some less so — but Samara Weaving certainly stood out from the crowd, in the best way possible. Joining her on the red carpet best-dressed list? Laura Dundovic and Carrie Bickmore, in their equally impressive gowns.
And then came fashion week. From Aussie models and TV presenters to women who are recognised globally for their style blogs, the streets of Redfern hadn't looked this good since. . . well, a long time. Lara Bingle kicked things off with a cut-out number in her current go-to colour, black, while Nikki Phillips generously contributed to the colour spectrum with her mini-skirt suit set. And the rest of the globe? Miranda Kerr's street style won us over (again) in LA, Solange Knowles did what she does best, and Katy Perry? She toned things down a notch, and we think her dark, feminine ensemble looks divine. Take a stylish step this way to check it all out.



As soon as the stars hit the red carpet at the 55th Annual TV Week Logie Awards last night, we knew we were in for a visual treat. Knowing that Sydney-based designer Steven Khalil was working with a few leading ladies, we were pretty certain there were going to be some showstopping dresses making an appearance, and we weren't disappointed.
