You have rated and hated your little hearts out, peeps. So now it's times to wrap up and say a big buh-bye to Melbourne Cup for yet another year. This year was a little bit meh. No one really, really wowed us. Perhaps that's because kooky Zandra Rhodes was the one of the only ones to adopt a statement lip. Disappointment doesn't even cover it. Saying that, the girls (and guys) did improve on Derby Day with many avoiding the 12 o'clock oil slick. Bravo. But there were plenty of Valentino tans. Not so bravo. Rebecca Twigley, Louise Roe, Ricki-Lee and Natalie Imbruglia all looked gorgeous, but there was little international glamour because Enrique Iglesias clearly thought he was going to the Australian Open, not the Melbourne Cup. Hmmm. And who woulda thought that Brynne Gordon-Edelsten could by upstaged . . . by her husband! Have a looksee through all the snaps!
2010 Melbourne Cup: Ricki-Lee Coulter

The gorgeous Ricki-Lee Coulter was a vision in lilac as she hit Flemington yesterday, proving that she's moving onwards and upwards after her "shock" sacking from Nova. The 24-year-old hit the Cup with her boyfriend and we're suspecting that she paired her Alex Perry frock with makeup by Ricki-Lee Coulter. The singer is known for doing her own makeup on shoots and sets and we think she's done a great job. Her brows were groomed to perfection, her eye had just the right hint of smokiness to them, and her lashes, while obviously faux, weren't heavy and spidery like some that we spotted yesterday. Paired with a lilac lip, we say aces. You too?

2010 Melbourne Cup: Natalie Imbruglia

Natalie Imbruglia upped the glamour ante at yesterday's Melbourne Cup with The X Factor judge looking flawless. Absolutely flawless. I wasn't too keen on her wide-brimmed hat — it was a little too witchy for me — but I do love how she's been wearing her hair in a side chignon. And y'know I love me a winged eye. And Nat nailed the false lashes too. She paired it with flawless skin, which was lightly illuminated, and a nude creamy lip. Definitely one of my favourite looks. Chic and stylish, no? What do you think? A favourite look of yours? Or not?

2010 Melbourne Cup: Jesinta Campbell

There are some things you learn through trial and error. Which is why I know that Jesinta Campbell won't be teaming a coral blush with a spray time again anytime soon. Coral is gorgeous with a natural-looking tan, but when you're a little on the — sorry, it's gotta be said — orange side, it is not your friend. FACT. Jesinta's got amazing green eyes that I'm totes jealous of so it would've been nice to see her play these up with a purple, warm brown or pink shadow, instead of playing it safe with black kohl. The coral lip is beautiful and I'm awarding her best weather-proofed mane of the racing season for showing zero flyaways for the second race meet running. What do you think of J's look? Is it a winner: yay or neigh? (Sorry, couldn't resist!!!)

2010 Melbourne Cup: Sophie Monk

OK, so I kinda bagged out Sophie's look yesterday. Not because I don't like her. But because I don't think safari hats are appropriate for Derby Day. Today she opted for a feathery headpiece. She wore her super-long hair super-straight but I'd love to see her adopt the ombré effect which is still big news when it comes to hair colouring. It's just softer and would look great on Soph, dontcha reck? She's gone for a navy eye, which is winged out. It's quite doe-eyed and beautiful, but I'm not too sure about the part-frosted, part-glossy lip, are you? A total improvement on Derby Day but still not as glam as some of the stars we've seen today, methinks. You?

2010 Melbourne Cup: Kate Waterhouse

Ummmm. Right. Well, let's just go right ahead and politely ignore the fact that Kate Waterhouse IS STILL WEARING HER HALLOWEEN HAT shall we? With a pedigree like hers, Kate is adept at dressing for the races. She's racing royalty after all. But I feel her headpiece has missed the mark. Somewhere — say, Ellis Island — there's a statue missing her crown. Though, if we're playing nice (which we are), we should point out that her hairstyle — which looks a lot like a looped chignon to me — is headpiece-appropriate. Her water-lined and winged eye is also pretty and she's one of the first to wear faux lashes well today. She's a teensy bit shiny but not nearly as much as everyone else and she hasn't OD'd on the tan or blush, so all in all — Givenchy headpiece aside — a good look, no? Or has the gold crown ruined it?

2010 Melbourne Cup: Rachael Finch

I half expected to see a plum lipstick on Rachael Finch's lips, such was her penchant for colour-matching today. But no, she went with a nude gloss because she went with a classic smoky eye that featured muted purple and grey tones. It's pretty an' all, and goes well with her loosely tousled locks, but I don't know. I'm just not wowed. In all honestly, I'm a bit bored. She's a crazy pretty girl, Rach — ridic even — but she could've done so much more, no?

2010 Melbourne Cup: Louise Roe

The gorgeous Louise Roe brought a little international glamour with her as she hit Flemington. Snapped with Daniel MacPherson (looking rather cosy, might we add), the British beauty paired her tousled brunette locks with a feathered, flapper-style headband. She played it pretty safe with her makeup, sticking to her signature look of liner, lashes and lipgloss. And check out those nails. Told you toffee was in, didn't we? Be sure and snap up the shade, stat! Again she's a little, ahem, orange and shiny but who isn't this Melbourne Cup?! Thoughts?

Celebrities Lead the Fashion Stakes at Flemington!

More stars have been spotted swanning around the track at Melbourne Cup festivities today. Celebs including Jennifer Hawkins, Jesinta Campbell, Ruby Rose, Kerri-Anne Kennerley and even Brynne Gordon-Edelsten showed off their frocks and headwear for the big event. Make sure you vote on Fab and Bella’s rate it or hate it fashion and beauty polls all day and pick your own winners and losers in the style stakes!
2010 Melbourne Cup: Ruby Rose

Who needs a hat when you have big hair and blue and pink streaks? Quite. Ruby Rose brought her own edgy glamour trackside today, but of course it's not the first time the VJ/fashion designer has sported streaks. Back in September at the Designer Series runway for Melbourne Spring Fashion Week she went dark with purple-red streaks. Katy Perry also sported a similar mix of colours to the MTV Video Music Awards that month. But Rubes has added some hair-raising volume to her crop to make the style her own. She's paired it with false lashes and a minimal makeup, and some white and black nail art that looks suspiciously like skulls, no? Check out Blixz Skully Wag Silver ($17.50) for something similar. You like Ruby's look?
