Monsters University Trailers: Mike and Sulley Are Back — and Hitting the Books
11 years after Monsters, Inc. came out, Pixar is revisiting professional scarers Sulley (John Goodman) and Mike (Billy Crystal) in Monsters University. This time, we get to travel back to their college years, where they studied side by side at the University of Fear. "Studied" may be the wrong word — from the four slightly varied teaser trailers, it appears Mike may be a bookworm but everyone else, including Sulley, is partying hard.
Sulley and Mike are some of the most beloved characters in Pixar history, and I'm curious to see their origin story in Monsters University, especially since they don't appear to have started out as the BFFs we know they become. I'm also looking forward to seeing the new characters voiced by Ken Jeong and Kelsey Grammer. The movie is set for release on June 21, 2013, but you can check out the teaser trailers now after the jump.
