...Or she'll steal him! New York Magazine is reporting that the Oscar winner has signed on for The Wedding Doctor. Kidman will play a relationship expert who helps engaged couples work out the kinks before they walk down the aisle. That is, until she pulls a Jennifer Lopez a la The Wedding Planner and decides that she'd make a better fit for one of her groom clients, beginning a fight to the finish with his bride-to-be.
Nicole Kidman in a catfight? This obviously isn't The Hours. While the film sounds like a fun idea, even if the concept is a bit stale, do we really need a female version of Hitch? The last time the actress attempted light humour was the questionable remake of Bewitched and who can forget the little ditty she sang with hubby Keith Urban about Simon Baker? After her last couple of films were panned, it looks like she's obviously changing career gears. She's signed on to do a cameo in Adam Sandler's new comedy, Just Go For It and now this. Is she trying to be the new Katherine Heigl? What do you think? Can Kidman find success with romantic comedies?
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are talking the talk and walking the walk when it comes to helping out in Haiti. The couple will help fund a school in the country, which will also provide basic health needs for the children. Keith told a country music radio station in the US, “We’re actually going to be funding a school down there for the next five years. It’s in Port-Au-Prince. The kids will also have one hot meal a day. They’ll have all of their medical taken care of by the school and clothing, as well.” The couple have joined forces with Oscar-winning director Paul Haggis and the Artists for Peace and Justice organisation and they also took part in the Hope for Haiti Now telethon in January.
There's nothing we love more than a good ol' celebrity couple. Scratch that, there is something we love more—choosing our favourite celebrity couple. On Valentine's Day, no less. So tell us: on this day of chocolate, roses and endless hearts, which loved-up duo gets your nod?

We’ve had Boob Watch (Michael Buble), Will Watch (Prince William) and now we’re stalking Swifty, as in Taylor Swift (in a nice way, of course!). After winning four Grammy Awards on Monday, the 20-year-old didn’t even have time to celebrate at an after-party and immediately hopped on a plane to Brisbane. She kicked-off her Fearless Tour last there last night and is headed to Sydney this weekend, where she has two sold-out shows at Acer Arena. While she's on tour Down Under, there’s a lot going on back home in the US. The head of her record label has defended her Grammy performance with Stevie Nicks, saying the star experienced “technical issues” during the gig. Meanwhile, speculation continues about her love life—is she dating John Mayer or Glee’s Cory Monteith? Plus Aussie Ryan Kwanten has said he wants her to appear on True Blood. But Swifty is taking it all in stride. She spoke to the Today show’s Richard Wilkins this morning and also talked to the Herald Sun about her new BFF’s Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. Taylor has said that she'll be filming behind-the-scenes footage of her Aussie tour in 3-D and that it will be made available online. We’ll be keeping an eye out for the ringlet-licious star as soon as she touches down in Sydney.
