There were after parties all across London following the Brit Awards yesterday, with a seemingly neverending line of stars pouring in to each of them! War Child held a post Brits show at Shepherd's Bush Empire that attracted Cat Deeley, Gemma Arterton and Noel Gallagher, while Noel Fielding, Calvin Harris and La Roux were among those who took to the stage to entertain the crowd.
Lindsay Lohan hosted a Haiti benefit that attracted some famous faces, while the big record companies held their own bashes too. Robbie Williams and fiancee Ayda Field cuddled up at the EMI party and Geri Halliwell, Fearne Cotton and James Corden also attended. Lily Allen celebrated her successful night at the Universal party, Lady GaGa put on a jacket over her barely there costume and attended, Sugababes Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen hung out with N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos and Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh showed up looking stunning in their cute dresses. What a fun night!

The stars were out at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes Saturday night for the NRJ Music Awards, where Robbie Williams picked up two awards—one for Best International Male and one special recognition award. Last year there was a big mistake where Katy Perry was announced as winning Best International Song instead of the actual winner—Rihanna, and this year a similar mistake occurred when Black Eyed Peas were announced as Best International Group, although Tokio Hotel had actually won the trophy. Oops!

He’s baaaaaaack, in all his spunky-hunky glory. With a stellar new album, two new singles, a record breaking concert and some long-desired critical acclaim under his belt, the reformed Brit has indeed done a Brit Brit in 2009 – albeit without shaving his head or flashing his knickers (more’s the pity on the latter). He’s also finally been recognised for his outstanding contribution to British music. It’s about bloody time. All that said, Robbie could sing twinkle, twinkle little star, off key, in a potato sack and we’d still think he deserved an award. Any award.
Robbie Williams was full of his trademark funny faces as he performed live for BBC Radio 2 at Broadcasting House in London yesterday. In between songs he chatted about life, love and his career moves: listen to the gig and interview here. When asked whether he was reuniting with Take That, Robbie said: "something's in the offing, we've been spending a lot of time with each other ... I want to be involved somehow". When asked if he was going to get married, he replied: "Probably, but I didn't get engaged last week. It wasn't a stunt, it wasn't even a joke". He explained that his mum went along with the news because she really wants grandkids and thought it might speed along the process! Rob also revealed: "I will be going on tour... When and where I don't know, but it's in the offing... definitely before 2012". If Robbie comes to Australia, which he surely will, then we'll even forgive him for the most recent ticket fiasco.
