Since Channel Seven announced they were looking for contestants for an Australian edition of The Amazing Race, the response has been OFF THE HOOK. Applicants are required to submit a video application of both team members, have valid passports and be available for filming for five weeks between September and December.

Mad Men is back for season four, and it feels like the world has been turned upside down and each character is still trying to find their place to settle into. We pick up a year after we saw the staff of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce last, and they've moved from a hotel room to more comfortable—yet still incomplete—digs in a new office. As expected, most of the action revolves around newly minted divorcee Don Draper.
Samuel Johnson is in trouble with the law again after smashing the window out of a car in Melbourne last month and then trying to leave the scene. The Secret Life of Us star claims he had a "brain-snap" and says: I was crossing the road and had a near-miss with a car. It scared the wits out of me.

Considering their ever-growing popularity, it’s no surprise that the latest people to get Simpson-ised are none other than some of our favourite Gleeks! Rachel (Lea Michele), Finn (Cory Monteith) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) from Glee will get the yellow treatment when The Simpsons kicks off its 22nd season. Their real-life counterparts will voice them in an episode called “Elementary School Musical”, where Lisa Simpson goes to a performing arts camp and gets caught up in the showbiz lifestyle.
