It’s a big month for Chris Hemworth at the Australian box office as he’s got two movies coming out in October. The more anticipated one is probably his second outing as Thor in Thor: The Dark World, but he’s brilliant as UK Formula 1 driver James Hunt in Rush and fans shouldn’t miss seeing him out of superhero mode. For a girly night out at the cinema, Rachel McAdams is back in another romantic comedy (with time travel component) in About Time, while Sandra Bullock and George Clooney are lost in space in the gripping Gravity. There’s a lot more to see in October, so click through to watch all the trailers for this month’s releases.

Off the back of a sold-out Australian tour that included more than 40 shows, P!nk didn’t have much time to rest as she hit the red carpet for the premiere of Thanks For Sharing (out Oct. 3) in LA today. The romantic comedy about people with sex addiction is P!nk’s acting debut, and she shares most of her scenes with funny guy Josh Gad as their characters try to navigate a platonic male-female relationship. P!nk had the support of her husband Carey Hart at the premiere, and he was with her during her tour in Australia as well. Gwyneth Paltrow was a vision in white on the red carpet — in the movie she strikes up a relationship with a sex addict played by Mark Ruffalo. Other celebrities who stepped out for the event include Rebecca Romijn, Bryce Dallas Howard and Tim Robbins.
It may sound strange, but Mark Ruffalo is as charming as ever as a struggling sex addict opposite Gwyneth Paltrow in the upcoming film Thanks For Sharing. Adam (Ruffalo) is in recovery for sex addiction when he begins a relationship with the charming Phoebe (Paltrow), and together, they navigate the unexpected issues that confront their budding romance. Meanwhile, Josh Gad and Pink (yes, the singer) play fellow sex addicts supporting one another and learning how to have a platonic male-female friendship. It may sound serious, but the trailer lets on that there's plenty of levity in the movie.
Thanks for Sharing garnered a lot of positive buzz when it debuted at the Toronto Film Festival last year, and I'm excited to get a peek at the Avengers co-stars teaming up again (especially since they didn't have any scenes together the first time around). Thanks for Sharing is set for Australian release on Oct. 3, but until then, enjoy the trailer after the jump.

BuzzSugar's Shannon Vestal saw an early screening of it there and is sharing her initial thoughts on Gwyneth and Mark's chemistry, singer Pink's meaty role, and more in this movie review!
