Britney Spears was back in fine form when she hosted the Wango Tango Music Festival in Carson, California, yesterday. She was joined by her former X Factor judge Demi Lovato as well as performers Avril Lavigne, Bruno Mars and Maroon 5's Adam Levine. Britney wore a form-fitting black dress as she took the stage to introduce the acts, marking her first onstage appearance since she left The X Factor US back in January. While she didn't perform this time around, Britney fans will get a chance to see the singer perform live soon as she confirmed last week that she will taking up a residency in Las Vegas. The concert series, which will reportedly be held at Planet Hollywood, will begin in Spring. Preparing for Sin City isn't the only thing on Britney's mind — she recently tweeted that she is reading The Goddess Inheritance, a YA novel by Aimée Carter.
Tweets of the Week: Lucy Hale, Judd Apatow, Lady Gaga & More!
Nothing tells us more about celebrities than their Twitter accounts. From detailing their daily lives to keeping us entertained with jokes and some very astute observations, there's much to learn from our favourite stars on social media. This week, a famous father and his (almost-equally) famous daughter both landed in our gallery — obviously humour runs in the family. Lady Gaga cleared up a rumour surrounding a nasty court case she's involved in, and Scott Dooley reckons he might be in with a chance with Miranda Kerr. Oh, and if there's one thing Lucy Hale takes seriously, it's ranch dressing . . . There's plenty more in here — click through now!
Tweets of the Week: Ellen, Dave, Olivia & More!
With none of the usual careful restraint of publicists and managers, Twitter is the place where celebs can vent, give advice, spruik their various gigs and tell jokes as dry as the desert sand. This week, Ellen DeGeneres took time to wish happy birthday to two amazing women in her life, while Joel Madden sent his love to those affected by the Queensland floods. Olivia Wilde dared to question Kate Moss' most infamous quote, and Lena Dunham tweeted about her — wait for it — rash. See? No restraint. There's much more to read in here, so start clicking through!
Tweets of the Week: Lucy Hale, Andy Lee, Erin McNaught & More!
While most of celeb-land has been fairly quiet over the Christmas holidays (save for a baby announcement and some cool New Year's Eve celebrations), one place that's never silent is Twitter. While we've been taking a break, all our favourite celebrities have been as active on the social-media front as ever, tweeting well-wishes, funny thoughts, astute observations and anything else that comes to mind. Actress Lucy Hale takes issue with some modern technology features she doesn't appreciate, Andy Lee comes up with a uniquely Aussie new concept and Erin McNaught knows the solution to any problem . . . But that's not all — there's much more to read, so click through to check it out!
Tweets of the Week: Pink, Jaime King, Ricky Gervais & more!
Nothing gets people onto social media quite like a huge event, and today has been the perfect example. After news of the horrific shooting in Connecticut broke this morning, every celebrity you can think of took to Twitter to express their grief. Stars like Jaime King, Pink, Giuliana Rancic and many more shared their thoughts and sadness on the social networking site. It wasn't all sad, though — Twitter is also a place for celebrities to try their hand at comedy, to inspire, to share news (a surprise wedding, for example!) and to clear up any rumours (thanks, Olivia Wilde). There's the funny (Alexa Chung), the offensively funny (Joan Rivers — who else?) and so much more! Click through to catch up on this week's celeb Twitter happenings.
Tweets of the Week: Cindy Crawford, Lara Bingle, Harry Styles & More
This week in the Twitterverse we had multiple celebrities weighing in on various hot topics. From clearing up pesky rumours (Vogue Williams) and sending out congratulations (Joel Madden) to sharing the love (Nicki Minaj) and appreciating everything you've been given (Harry Styles from One Direction), stars were forthcoming with their feelings, and we lapped it up. Things took a serious turn when numerous celebs weighed in on the royal prank tragedy, but others kept things light-hearted with witty observations and tongue-in-cheek comments sent out to millions of followers. Click through the gallery to read up on what's been occupying the minds of your favourite celebs this week!

Tweets of the Week: Lady Gaga, Rove, Lara & More:
Sure, Twitter is a fantastic tool for gathering important news and information, but really, we love it because we get some excellent insight into the worlds of our favourite stars. There's also the cute young pop star who got to meet, you know, the queen, the fashionista who's currently sporting a broken toe, and the beautiful Aussie model living the good life, practising yoga at sunset in Mexico. There's so much more to learn — click through the gallery to see what else your fave stars got up to!

How else would we know that Layla and Sam from Big Brother are still dating, that Lara Bingle gets anxiety in a certain tool-filled environment, or why Dave Hughes thinks his son might go to prison? Yep, all that info and more is available on Twitter — but we've brought you the best tweets we could find so you don't have to go searching. Happy reading, peeps!
