This week in the world of social media, we caught up with our favourite snap-happy stars during their moments of work and play. Isabelle Cornish and her friend and co-star Charlotte Best shared a laugh as they took selfies ahead of the AACTA Awards on Wednesday night. Ricki-Lee Coulter hit Japan for a promotional tour and spent some time signing autographs for fans, while Reece Mastin treated his "lil' rocker" fans to an up-close-and-personal shot of his face. Models Miranda Kerr and Chrissy Teigen both hit the beach this week and shared photos of themselves in sexy bikinis, and cute friends Phoebe Tonkin and Teresa Palmer looked closer than ever at Teresa's movie premiere.

The People's Choice Awards are happening tomorrow and lots of our favourite stars are expected to turn out for the big event. Michelle Williams and her My Week With Marilyn director Simon Curtis hit the red carpet in Paris last night for the French premiere of their film. Michelle, dressed in a pink Christian Dior gown, beamed while fans screamed her name outside Cinema Gaumont Marignan. The actress has been in Europe since Sunday when she attended the star-studded BAFTA Awards. She lost the best actress statue to The Iron Lady's Meryl Streep, but Michelle will get another chance later this month at the Academy Awards. Both women are nominated for their leading roles along with Viola Davis, Glenn Close, and Rooney Mara. Fashion Week has just kicked off, and NYC is already buzzing with the excitement of shows, parties, presentations and more. Lots of stylish stars like Beyoncé, Gwen Stefani, Sarah Jessica Parker and more have hit the Big Apple in the past to take in the shows. Beyoncé Knowles was back out in NYC yesterday evening to catch the second night of Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall charity concert series. She shared pictures on her website of her sparkly Monique Lhuillier dress, Chanel purse and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, which she accented with blue nail polish. Beyoncé's nail colour and huge ring in the same hue seem to be in honour of her baby daughter, Blue Ivy. She gave birth to Blue one month ago and stepped out for the first time two nights ago. Beyoncé wore red to attend Jay-Z's first show, and the couple celebrated the big event with an after party at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club.

The 2012 Australian Open wrapped up last night (or this morning) in spectacular style, with an exciting showdown between world no. 1 Novak Djokovic and world no. 2 Rafael Nadal that saw Novak take home the trophy, and $2.3 million, for the second year in a row. Their epic match is also the longest grand slam final in history! Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay up until 1:37 a.m., but there were plenty of celebrities at the game cheering on the athletes ’til the end, including Eric Bana, Vince Colosimo and Pat Rafter. We’ve compiled all the stars who made their way to Melbourne Park for all the courtside action, including Rachael Taylor, Brooklyn Decker, Hamish Blake and Dannii Minogue, so check them out!

Chloë Moretz showed off her youthful style at the People’s Choice Awards in LA today. The young actress also walked away a winner, beating Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton in the favourite movie star under 25 category! Chloë is currently starring in Martin Scorsese’s Hugo (in cinemas now), which is making the rounds in awards season and is nominated for a Golden Globe. Do you like Chloë’s look? Robert Pattinson dressed down for the People’s Choice Awards in LA today, and was lucky to score a seat next to Betty White, who recently celebrated her 90th birthday! All eyes were also on Rob because of his newly-shaved head. He was on hand to accept Water For Elephant's favourite drama movie award. It seems as though Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner didn’t make it to the event today, but Breaking Dawn was also represented by Ashley Greene. Do you think Robert’s new ’do is hot or not? Emma Stone skipped the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards in LA today, but still took plenty of photos in the press room — with her trophies! The Crazy, Stupid, Love actress won two of the early awards: favourite movie actress and favourite comedy actress, beating competition like Jennifer Aniston and Natalie Portman. Unlike lots of the other stars, she opted for a green jacket and black pants instead of a dress.
