Christmas may be over, but the stars are still sharing their favourite holiday memories from this year. Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon introduced their 6-month-old twins on an episode of 20/20 today. The family of four welcomed Barbara Walters into their NYC home for an exclusive interview that also included a look inside the twins' nursery and a peek at some of their intimate family photos over the past six months. We got our first look at pictures of Moroccan and Monroe earlier this week, though these latest shots show their sweet faces. The Carey-Cannon family got all dressed up in The Incredibles costumes for one Halloween themed shot while another showed the twins cuddled close in yellow ducky robes. Mariah showed that she's already loving dressing up her little ones — check out the gallery for a picture of Moroccan on the mic in his crib and Monroe in a diamond headband and pearls. Mariah and Nick welcomed their son and daughter in April and while the proud parents are focusing on family, they've also made time for their careers. Mariah has a new version of her hit holiday song "All I Want For Christmas Is You" coming out with Justin Bieber next month and Nick is currently starring in the comedy Up All Night.
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon held their son Moroccan and daughter Monroe during a recent taping of 20/20 at Mariah and Nick's NYC apartment with Barbara Walters. The twins will make their TV — and world! — debut when the show airs this Friday on ABC in the US. Mariah and Nick welcomed their first children in April and have kept them out of the spotlight since. Mariah did share a picture of her daughter, Monroe, on Twitter in June, though it didn't show her precious face. Mariah has since been busy getting back in shape and she showed off her post-baby body during a trip to the beach in August. She's also made time for her singing career and will release a new version of her hit holiday song "All I Want For Christmas Is You" with Justin Bieber next month. Nick, meanwhile, is a highlight of the new comedy hit Up All Night, on which his character has a knack with kids.

The wait is over as to what Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey have named their twins — the proud parents have apparently selected Moroccan and Monroe!
Nick and Mariah took to their official blog to explain the decision to pick Monroe and Moroccan. Their son, Moroccan Scott Cannon, was named to honour the theme of the room in Mariah's house where Nick proposed. Their daughter, Monroe Cannon, doesn't have a middle name, but her first was picked to honour their love for Marilyn Monroe. They're both selections fitting Mariah and Nick's unique outlook on life — what do you guys think? Congrats again to the happy family!
