Eclipse has been in cinemas for a whole five days now, which means it's time to ask that question. Yes siree. We here at Sugar HQ have our own ideas about which Twilight movie is the best thus far, but it's time to settle the score once and for all. While we've waxed lyrically about the latest installment, others have said they prefer the second offering, New Moon. Then there's the original. Sure, it may have been lacking in the budget and special effects department, but let's not forget it was where the Bella-Edward big-screen love story began. Remember when they kiss in Bella's room for the first time? Swoon. I know it's a tough call, but tell me: which Twilight film is your No. 1?
Eclipse. Is out. Today! Excited much? Thought so. Now, we all know Robert Pattinson as the 109-year-old vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise, but it's hardly the first part he's played. His career began with a small role in 2004's Vanity Fair opposite Reese Witherspoon and since then he's been a leading man in several films, with only more to come. While I bet Ed will win, let's give Rob's other characters a try, shall we? We love ourselves some Eclipse here at Sugar HQ. Love. But since our favourite vampire, Robert Pattinson, is stuck filming Water For Elephants and won't be joining Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Xavier Samuel and the rest of the Twilight gang on the remainder of their promotional blitz, we've come up with an alternate way to get our Rob fill. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were triumphant for the second year in a row, winning Best Kiss at the MTV Movie Awards today. Their New Moon lip lock got the most votes and just like last time they took it upon themselves to tease us during their acceptance. This time, however, it looked like Robert actually snuck in a small peck at the end of their joking around. Some fans are saying that she looked a little bit pissed and perhaps taken by surprise by his gesture, while others say it was all part of their routine. Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner have finally touched down in Sydney and today they will meet their fans at a special Q&A session at Luna Park. After arriving this weekend, they took a jet-boat ride on the harbour, cuddled koalas at Featherdale Wildlife Park and then had dinner at Icebergs in Bondi. About 400 fans won tickets in a radio giveaway to attend the Q&A, with another 4,000 expected to battle the elements to get a glimpse of the pair outside the venue. Twilightfans from all over Australia are expected to swarm 18 cinemas across the country, where the event will be broadcast live. In addition to the Q&A hosted by Richard Wilkins, new clips from Eclipse will be shown, along with an encore screening of New Moon. Are you planning on attending any of the events? Let us know below!
