Drew Barrymore and Justin Long’s new movie Going the Distance is about a couple who try to maintain a long-distance relationship between New York and San Francisco. Before Russell Brand became engaged to Katy Perry he dated lovely Aussie actress Teresa Palmer. The pair met on the set of Bedtime Stories and were a couple for about three months. Teresa was recently in Sydney and sat down with Kyle and Jackie O, who quizzed her about her love life.
Aussie actresses Rose Byrne and Toni Collette were flying the Aussie flag today at the 2010 Emmy Awards. Rose is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Ellen Parsons in Damages. It’s the second year in a row Rose has been nominated.

Russell Brand was involved in a car crash yesterday when a truck crashed into the back of his £150,000 Lambourghini. Russell shrugged off the incident on Twitter, saying, "That Lamborghini crash was hardly Jimmy Dean territory, I barely spilled my espresso." He was filming on 42nd Street in New York yesterday, shooting more scenes for Arthur alongside co-star Helen Mirren.
