Reese Witherspoon, Zoe Saldana, and Michelle Monaghan dressed up to attend the Children's Defense Fund of California's annual Beat the Odds Awards at the Beverly Hills Hotel last night. The three actresses hit the red carpet before heading inside for the gala, where they mingled with other guests like Alexis Bledel, Conan O'Brien, and Miranda Cosgrove.

Reese showed off her post-baby body in a tight, lacy Elie Saab dress. She welcomed her third child, son Tennessee Toth, just two months ago. She's back in LA after a trip to NYC earlier this week. Since Tennessee entered the world back in September, Reese has had her hands full. We even got to see more pictures of Tennessee during a few of her outings around town.

Reese Witherspoon held her infant son yesterday as she ran errands around LA. We caught our first glimpse of baby Tennessee James, who was born in September, earlier this month.

Reese has been taking advantage of a gap between films to clock time with her family and indulge in some retail therapy. Yesterday, she was also seen carrying on an animated phone conversation as she strolled solo in Santa Monica, toting a bag from Farmshop LA. She's also been busy snapping up clothes at Rag & Bone and Madewell, and hanging out with husband Jim Toth and her oldest children, Ava and Deacon. The new mum will be back on the big screen soon, though. She most recently completed work on Devil's Knot. The drama is based on the true story of the West Memphis Three and is expected to hit cinemas next year.

Reese Witherspoon took her son Tennessee James out for a walk in LA on Wednesday. It's the first time we've seen Tennessee Toth, who is Reese's first child with husband Jim Toth, since his birth at the end of September. Reese has been out and about, though, watching Deacon's soccer games and enjoying shopping trips. She also attended the opening of Rag & Bone's new LA store with pal Cameron Diaz.

Reese's growing clan has had plenty to celebrate lately with Tennessee's first Halloween and Deacon's ninth birthday both taking place last month. They're now heading into the holidays as a family of five, though Reese is still keeping up with work. Her production company has the rights to Gone Girl and rumour has it she's planning a duet with Michael Bublé.
