RAFW 2010: Collette Dinnigan A/W '10

Australia's beloved Collette Dinnigan has had a loooong hiatus from Australian Fashion Week; 10 years in fact. Wowzers. So as you can imagine the Fash Pack were in a bit of a tizz when she decided reshow her Autumn/Winter 2010 collection in Sydney earlier this week. Now, Collette is the go-to girl for pretty gowns that are often adorned with lace and pearls and other things to ooh and ahh at, so a simple makeup palette was the obvious choice. A smoky eye and a nude lip embody everything that Dinnigan represents: it's elegant, it's chic and classic, but there's a touch of modernity to it, also. The hair also offers a little from this, a little from that: catering to all of our needs by slicking back (and to the side) the top of the hair and leaving the rest to flow in a graceful fashion. It's a completely wearable style and one that I suggest you knock off. Stat.
