Backstage at Sara Phillips, we spoke with makeup director Charlie Kielty who created a "minimalistic beauty" look. It's a fresh-faced look, with a hint of coral on the cheeks, and eyeshadow that has been extended past the inner V, underneath the eye in the "circle" area. Charlie says this was to add a cool element to the pretty tones of the palette. It was teamed with wet-look, androgynous hair that had an '80s-esque flat top at the front, created by Jon Pulitano of Headcase Hair.

STEP 2: Then section out the front, while you apply Hardwear Gel to the sides, twisting hair inwards.
STEP 3: Apply Guts 10 to the top to create height and that mash-up between an '80s flat top and '50s quiff.
