Adwoa Aboah is one of the coolest models in London, and after she founded Gurls Talk, an online community for young women to share their problems in a safe, judgment-free space,
we're I'm on a mission to become as cool as her. This pursuit not only means following her makeup tutorial to a T, but also following her general approach to beauty. The Revlon ambassador shared her morning skincare routine and makeup with Vogue, where she describes her look as being "clean skin with a little pop of colour" and uses cult favourites like Dr. Barbara Sturm for cleansing and moisturising and Glossier Cloud Paint for a flushed cheek.
One of the aspects of her routine she spoke about was her hair. While scrubbing her face (she takes her prep very seriously), she said that "what's quite great [about her routine], because I have no hair, I don't have to do much really," further explaining that the reason she decided to shave her hair was because she was "so bored of trying to fit in" and feeling as though she had to change her hair to suit everyone else. She decided to shave it off as a "new start." She finishes off her rouge cheek and pop-of-colour tutorial with lashings of Revlon mascara, so BRB while we stock up on all her favourites.
