RAFW 2010: I'm With the Band at Nookie

When we caught up with the lovely Jayne Wild backstage at Nookie she was busy creating what she terms "cheeky waves." They're natural-looking as the entire look was designed to look "undone and wearable," as though the girl was hanging backstage with the band at a festival. Jayne added ghd Maximise Mousse at the roots to pump up the volume and then saturated the hair in sea spray to create that "lived-in" look; she's not your everyday-washer, our "it girl" groupie. Next up came the waves: Jayne simply grabbed random sections of the hair (about an inch wide) and went under, over and under with the straightners—a technique we saw earlier in the week at Camilla and Marc.
