Tickled Pink: Support Breast Cancer Research With These Beauty Buys

Tickled Pink: Support Breast Cancer Research With These Beauty Buys

Almost one in three cancers detected in Australian women is breast cancer. With such a massive statistic, this is one big cause that we should all be getting behind. The pink ribbon is no stranger to us, it means breast cancer support and the spreading of awareness, and the month October is officially Breast Cancer Awareness month.

We're also no stranger to loving new beauty loot . . . so we've got the beauty brands who are doing their bit in support of cancer research this month, you may have already taken part in Bright Pink Lipstick Day, but here we have all the details of the donations and percentages of sales going towards this great cause.

The scary fact is that almost all Australians know someone who has suffered, or will suffer, from breast cancer at some point in their lives, so this is a disease that affects almost everyone. This means while you're investing in a new product, you know you're also giving back, and it might even help someone you know. Beauty goodies for a cause? Sounds like a great idea to us.
